Shipping
We are constantly trying to offer you the best shipping options and the earliest possible timeframe for delivery. At any point, if you have questions about your order, send us a message on our Instagram page (bairindia) or email us – bairguwahati@gmail.com and we promise to answer all your queries within 1/2 days.
Once your order is placed by you, you will get an email confirmation from us with your order number and details of your buy. When the product is picked up by our delivery partners, the tracking details will be sent to your mobile number. so you are updated on the delivery status.
Returns
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return; or we will assume that you received the product in good condition and have accepted it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please refer sizing charts for product sizing as many Bair Clothing products are oversized. Exchanges on size will not be facilitated once ordered.
